Ronald Lee Eisenbise

Ronald “Ron” “Bear” Eisenbise’s life began on October 26, 1947 in Halstead, KS; the son of Marion B. and Marguerite (McKinney) Eisenbise. Ron graduated from El Dorado High School and served a 5 year apprenticeship, joining the Pipefitters Union Local 441. Ron was proud to be a Master Welder and worked hard to provide for his family. He was united in marriage to his wife Donna on May 8, 1993. Ron enjoyed working hard and taking care of his family. Ron kept many friendships and was known to many as “Bear”. Ron was a proud lifetime member of the NRA and VFW. He was especially fond of his pets the latest companion being Oreo. Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, feeding the homeless, helping others in need and traveling. He especially loved to travel with his wife Donna. They were a part of the RV club and always enjoyed sharing stories about his travels and speaking about the beauty of places here in the US.
Ron’s family includes his children Jessica Macias of Oklahoma, Chad Eisenbise of Kansas and Nathan Eisenbise of California; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Ron passed away on May 9, 2023 in El Dorado. He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna; sister Judith Groneau and his parents. Friends may gather with the family from 11-1 on Monday, May 22 at Carlson Colonial Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 1pm. Ron will be laid to rest at Belle Vista Cemetery in El Dorado. Memorial contributions may be directed in care of Jessica Macias.
